SMART Presentations Planned for AWFS® Fair
The AWFS® College of Woodworking Knowledge® committee members are currently reviewing proposals from 2003 AWFS Fair exhibitors for Special Machinery and Relevant Technology (SMART) presentations at the 2003 AWFS Fair to be held July 31-August 3, 2003, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. 
These presentations are one and one-half hour demonstrations conducted on the exhibit floor before the show opens each morning. The sessions will showcase the latest machinery and techniques in a non-commercial presentation.

ET Foundation Seeks 
Papers for 2004 Event
The worldwide aluminum extrusion industry is preparing for the Eighth International Aluminum Extrusion Technology Seminar and Exposition—ET ’04. The event will take place May 18-21, 2004, in Orlando, Fla. 
At ET 2000, more than 1,600 delegates, representing dozens of countries, were present for more than 140 technical presentations. In addition, they had the opportunity to visit the ET Expo, where more than 100 companies exhibited the latest in products and services available to the aluminum extrusion industry.
By presenting a technical paper on any number of relevant topics, the ET Foundation says industry members can be an integral part of the event. The presentation categories are: billet process and equipment; die design and technology; extrusion process; extrusion equipment; value added; and management issues.
