Simonton Windows Hires and Promotes New Leaders
Simonton Windows in Parkersburg, W.Va., has named Terry E. Craig as vice president of information technology (IT). Craig is responsible for driving the IT strategic initiatives that will support the company’s business growth. Prior to joining Simonton, Craig was employed for 13 years with Moen, most recently as the company’s IT director for Asia Pacific systems.
Troy Nesselrode will the fill the position of director of global sourcing. He will now be in charge of commodity management for the company, along with purchasing and cost improvements. Nesselrode, who has been with the company for five years, has held various positions including facility quality manager in Ellenboro, W.Va.
CES Hires Thomas Ziegler
Crystal Extrusion Systems (CES), a subsidiary of Crystal Windows and Door Systems, has hired
Thomas Ziegler as general manager. Ziegler, a 20-year veteran of the aluminum extrusion business, is responsible for sales and operations at the company’s production facility in Union, Mo.
Ziegler most recently was operations manager for Alcoa’s extrusion manufacturing facility in Georgia.
New Managers Join The Empire Co.
The Empire Co. Inc. in Zeeland, Mich., has welcomed Dave Wendland as a product manager in purchasing. He has 31 years of experience in purchasing and operations with Stock Building
Supply.
Jeff Leys has also joined the company as strategic marketing manager. He brings more than ten years of experience with Zeeland Lumber and Supply Co. where he managed marketing, interior products and information technology.
