Vision Industries Group Names General Manager 
Vision Industries has named Butch St. Clair as the general manager of its U.S. manufacturing and distribution operations. St. Clair has worked in the fenestration industry for more than 22 years and held the position of plant operations and general manager during his more than 12 years at Seven D Industries Window Division. In his new role, he will be responsible for U.S. operations headquartered in South Plainfield, N.J. 

ADCO Products Welcomes Ron Cimmino
ADCO Products Inc. of Michigan Center, Mich., has named Ron Cimmino national sales manager for the assembly, construction and distribution market.

Cimmino brings sales and marketing experience in chemicals and adhesives, having served in senior positions for Reichhold, Ashland Chemical and Henkel Corp.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in business and a Master’s degree in marketing from Cleveland State University.

APPOINTMENTS

New Leadership at Window Technologies LLC
The board of directors of Window Technologies LLC has appointed Donald Howarth as president and chief executive officer. Prior, Howarth served as vice president for CECO Door Products of Milan, Tenn., where he was credited for outstanding customer service, establishing quality quick-ship programs and significantly lowering manufacturing costs.

RESIGNATIONS

H.B. Fuller’s CFO Resigns
St. Paul, Minn.-based H.B. Fuller Co.’s senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) John Feenan has resigned. 

Jim McCreary will succeed Feenan as interim CFO. McCreary is currently vice president and controller. Prior to joining the company, he served as vice president of administration and controlling for the Industrial Chemicals Division of Bayer Corp., headquartered in Pittsburgh.

ASSOCIATIONS

Rick Liddell Elected to Two Boards of Directors
Rick Liddell, senior vice president of sales and marketing for VT Industries of Holstein, Iowa, has been elected to two industry associations’ boards of directors.

He was elected to the board of directors of the Door and Hardware Institute Educational Foundation and the board of directors for the North American Building Materials Distributors Association. 

Liddell is responsible for sales and marketing for the Architectural Door Division and the Fine Laminate Countertop Division at VT Industries. He has been with the company for 12 years.

In other company news, VT Industries has welcomed Brad Hendershot and Felix Ortiz as new territory sales managers. Hendershots’s territory includes Florida and the Caribbean, while Ortiz is responsible for North California and Northern Nevada.
