The company’s new Signature and Allure handle sets have a new contoured shape that is designed to be easier to grasp. TITAN’s 2-point version has two opposing hooks to prevent the door panel from being lifted off the track and out of the frame. In addition, on the interior assembly, the mounting screws are side-mounted for a cleaner appearance. Available in both locking and non-locking configurations, TITAN has a locking/unlocking detent feature that indicates positive lock or unlock status. Up to 200 profile heights can be stored. Likewise, the system can create and memorize 40 fixture typologies using mathematical formulae, which allow it to calculate cutting lists with the setting of the external measurements of the fixture. The machine series also can store and run seven cutting lists of 380 lines each, which can be entered by keyboard from an external PC connected to the machine via a RS 232C serial line. www.ameri-can.ca American Renolit Expands Laminate Film Line The company says its Cova SR film will give PVC window manufacturers a chance to break away from the “me too” designs that it says are often present on the inside of vinyl window frames. Renolit’s Cova brand offers a variety of new wood grains that feature very realistic design and a beautiful pearl-essence finish, according to the company. In addition, American Renolit will display its FAST brand of exterior laminate film for PVC window decoration. With FAST, the company says customers have a long-term solution for color and wood grain design on the outside of PVC window frames. These films allow windows to complement or accent other parts of a home’s design and architecture. www.americanrenolit.com JRM Offers Three Machines The MK-1 Mecal Single-Head Welding Machine is designed to weld PVC window profiles of all angles from 40 to 180 degrees.
