Ones to Watch

All Weather Windows Names New President
Canada’s All Weather Windows has announced that one of its founding staff members Richard Scott, vice president and general manager, will take over as president and chief operating officer. Gord Wiebe, who currently serves as chief executive officer (CEO) and president, is stepping down as president but will remain CEO.

Wiebe is moving away from day-to-day operations to spend more time mentoring staff and focusing on long-term growth opportunities for the company. He has held the position of CEO and president since 1994. This year, Wiebe, achieved a longtime dream of taking the company coast-to-coast by opening a branch in Halifax. The company now has 11 branches nationwide.

Scott has led the company’s lean initiative, which company officials say has improved performance and customer satisfaction levels significantly.
