Eastern Sales Director
Quanex Building
Products has named
Vince Warne as its new
eastern regional sales
director.
Warne joined Quanex
in 2004 and has held
numerous leadership
roles within the organi

zation, most recently as director of
technical services. In that role, Warne
helped strengthen Quanexs technical
support to offer customers a better
overall experience.
Warne has a bachelor’s degree
in industrial technology from Ohio
University. He lives in Dover, Ohio,
with his family.

AmesburyTruth has named David
Johnson the company’s
regional sales direc

tor for the west-
ern region. Hes
replacing Cindi
Freidhof, who has been appointed to
the newly created role of director of
industry relations.
Freidhof will be responsible for
managing AmesburyTruths engage

ment with the industry, associations
and events.
Johnson started his career with
Truth Hardware in 1991. Freidhof
joined the legacy Truth team
in 1987.

Seaway Manufacturing Names
Patrick Hill as Territory Manager
Seaway Manufacturing Corporation
of Erie, Pa., has hired Patrick Hill as a
territory manager.
Hill will be responsible for the
Midwest territory, which covers
Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana,
Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. He
will work to support Seaway’s exist
-
ing dealers in the Midwest as well
as identifying and establishing
new dealers in areas where Seaway
does not currently have a presence.
Hill will focus on keeping custom
-
ers up to date on Seaway’s products
and monitoring its competition.
Vitro Names Davis Productivity
Manager for Intercept Spacer

William Davis as productivity manager
and technical services engineer in sup

port of the company’s Intercept stain-
less steel spacer system technology.
Davis previously spent 11 years in
glass research and development for
PPG Industries in Pittsburgh, where

Soft-Lite Windows has appointed
several new regional sales managers to
fill positions opened by recent internal
promotions and to help cover the com

pany’s expanding sales territory.
Tom Traub will serve as Soft-Lites
new southeast regional sales manag

er/impact specialist. His sales territo-
ry will encompass Florida, southern
Georgia and Alabama. Traub comes
back to Soft-Lite with more than 25
years of experience in the Florida and
coastal region markets.
Erich Leuck will serve as the new
regional sales manager for Virginia
and Maryland. Leuck has more than
27 years of experience in the industry.
Keith LaMont will serve as the new
regional sales manager for Michigan,
most of Ohio, western Pennsylvania
and western New York. LaMont has
been in the window business for
almost 25 years.

PROMOTIONS
MFM Promotes Reis to Vice President
MFM Building Products has promoted Tony Reis to the
position of vice president and general manager.
Reis started his relationship with MFM as an independent
sales representative for the company in 1999, covering the New
England area. He was then promoted to sales and marketing
director in 2008. In this position, Reis oversaw all sales
and marketing activities for the company.
Reis will retain his current sales and marketing
responsibilities, as well as the added duties of
overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations.
He will work closely with all MFM departments to
synchronize the efforts of each.
“Tony is a tireless worker who gives a 110-per-
cent effort for the company,” says president
Robert S. Simpson. “The growth MFM has experi-
enced has been truly remarkable. I can attribute
much of the credit to the leadership Tony has
shown over the years. We look forward to hav-
ing him in this newly formed position.”
