Glass Expo Rocky Mountain™ ’06 Worth the Wait

It took four years, but Glass Expo Rocky Mountain ‘06 returned to the Denver Rockies and was well received by attendees. Weather conditions ranged from 60 degrees to four inches of snow, but that didn’t stop people from all across Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Washington, Idaho and even Canada from walking through the front doors of the convention center at the Holiday Inn, Denver International Airport over the course of January 19-20.

Glass Expo Rocky Mountain ‘06 was co-sponsored by the Colorado Glazing Contractors Association (CGCA), USGlass and AGRR magazines. Approximately 600 attendees were welcomed to the event with an impressive lineup of educational seminars and a show floor full of exceptional exhibitors. Both the auto and architectural glass industries were represented on the show floor, as they were in the seminar lineup.

Attendees were also treated to a complimentary cocktail party sponsored by the CGCA.

The next Glass Expo on the calendar is Glass TEXpo 2006. For more information about TEXpo, scheduled for April 7-8, visit www.glassexpos.com/texpo.php, and for information about Glass Expo Midwest scheduled for August 10-11, visit www.glassexpos.com/gems.php.
