New Departures Announced from Arch
Following the resignation of Arch Aluminum & Glass president and chief executive officer Leon Silverstein in April, several new departures have been announced: Rick Silverstein, who served as vice president, Steve Perilstein, who served as vice president of sales, and his brother Max Perilstein, who served as vice president of marketing, are no longer with the company, among others.

“More than 60 people followed me to Arch from PDC over the years and I will miss them all,” Steve Perilstein told USGlass. The Perilstein brothers are fourth generation members of the glass industry.

“I am looking forward to this new beginning and new opportunities where I can continue to build on the relationships I have formed over the years,” Steve Perilstein adds. “I’ve been in this industry since I was 5 years old, riding in the truck with my dad. I am 50 now and plan to continue growing in this industry.”
