Hank Groves, Groves Inc.  
Henry Rupp “Hank” Groves of Groves Inc. and one of the  
founders of C. Gunther Co., passed away Wednesday, June 29.  
Born April 7, 1938, he spent more than 50 years in the glass  
industry and was 78 years old at the time of his death. He was  
preceded in death by his wife, Carol Ann, with whom he co-  
owned Groves Inc. in Illinois, and co-founded C. Gunther Co.  
Groves, of McHenry, Ill., co-founded C. Gunther in 1980. The  
company created and distributed Gunther Mirror Mastic and Hank  
other mirror accessories. C. Gunther also served the fire indus- Groves
