Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls, located in Tea, SD is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for residential and commercial glass estimating. Field-based position is perfect for a motivated professional who enjoys working with homeowners, contractors, builders, and property managers while managing projects from consultation through installation.
Responsibilities include measuring and estimating windows, storefront systems, shower enclosures, mirrors, and specialty glass; preparing accurate proposals; building customer relationships; closing sales opportunities; and coordinating projects with operations and installation teams.
Qualified candidates must have 2–3+ years of commercial/storefront glass measuring/estimating exp, 2–3+ years measuring/estimating shower enclosures exp, blueprint reading, field measuring skills, strong communication abilities, and valid driver's license.

Balanced Unitized is looking for an experienced Production & Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing operations, strengthen teams, improve processes, and support our path toward ISO 9000 certification.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader with experience in unitized curtain wall, aluminum windows, and cladding fabrication who can build structure, accountability, and performance across both the office and the production floor. We are seeking someone who is hands-on, people-focused, and capable of helping grow a strong manufacturing team in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop engineering and manufacturing support teams
- Build accountability, consistency, and strong communication across departments
- Improve production flow, labor efficiency, quality, and workflow
- Support ISO 9000 readiness through process discipline, documentation, and standardization
- Drive problem-solving, corrective action, and continuous improvement
- Partner with ownership and leadership to help guide a growing operation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience in unitized curtain wall, aluminum windows, and cladding fabrication
- Experience leading teams in a 50+ person manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- ISO 9000 or quality systems experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills

1. Extensive knowledge of aluminum-and-glass curtain wall systems, window systems, storefront systems, composite metal, masonry, stone, precast concrete, and unitized/panelized façade systems featuring rain screen, barrier wall, or pressure equalized performance capabilities.
2. Able to work with Clients and other team members to develop new details, remedial details, and specifications for exterior building envelope systems.
